Husqvarna Automower® 535 AWD EPOS® is a highly efficient robotic lawn mower with all-wheel drive developed for the most challenging areas in commercial lawn management. The satellite-based Husqvarna EPOS® technology enables installation without boundary wires, reducing downtime and allowing you to customize different work areas and configure temporary restricted zones. Thanks to its all-wheel drive, the mower can efficiently handle obstacles, tough terrain, and slopes of up to 70% (35˚) incline. It is adapted for corporate and municipal properties and offers easy interaction and monitoring via Husqvarna Fleet Services™. EPOS® RS5 reference station required.

Husqvarna EPOS® - technology without boundary wire

Virtual, boundary wire-free operation through satellite-based RTK-GNSS technology enables accuracy down to approximately 2 cm. The absence of physical boundary wires brings a new level of robustness and flexibility, allowing for regular aeration and repair of grass without affecting the functionality of the robotic installation.

Handles slopes up to 70%

Large, coarse-treaded tires provide maximum grip even on slippery surfaces, allowing the mower to handle slopes of up to 70%.

Pivoting chassis

Articulated rear chassis provides outstanding maneuverability in complex gardens and narrow passages. The rear chassis also pivots, which greatly improves traction in uneven terrain, maximizing the performance of the AWD drive system on Automower® AWD models.

Selectable cutting pattern

Enhance the visual impression of your lawn by changing the cutting pattern. With EPOS® technology, the mower can operate in parallel lines and create a variety of mowing shapes such as diamonds, triangles, and checkerboards.

Customized work areas

The fully connected product allows you to individually tailor each work area with a unique schedule, cutting height, and mowing pattern. Provides tailor-made lawn care for locations with several scattered areas.

Temporary no-cut zones

When necessary, create temporary no-mow zones in your robotic installation. Quickly and easily activate or deactivate via the mobile app. Particularly useful if part of the area needs to be off-limits for temporary construction, seeding, or during events.

EPOS® guidance

Automatically calculates the best route to and from the charging station. Varies the route to avoid worn wheel tracks on the lawn.

Maintenance parking space

Designate and mark a parking space for machine maintenance on the map. On command, the machine will park there automatically awaiting service, cleaning, loading, or storage.

appDrive - remote control operation

Control the product with a remote control through the appDrive function on your smartphone. Operation is simple and user-friendly, saving you the effort and unnecessary lifting when moving the product between work sites, to the service facility, or during installation.

Husqvarna Fleet Services™

Husqvarna Fleet Services™ gives you full control over the mower, enabling you to monitor, control, and analyze your entire fleet from your smartphone, tablet, or laptop. You can view status and exact location, command them to start/stop, or group-command them to park during storm warnings or lightning. Settings and cutting heights are easily adjusted. Receive alarms and track the mower’s location in the event of theft—from anywhere. Support from Automower Connect is required for installation and when editing EPOS® installations without boundary wire.

Warning lights

Warning lights with pulsating or steady illumination to alert surroundings when operating during the dark hours of the day. Reduces the risk of accidents in public environments.

Professional user interface

Offers remote control with theft tracking via Husqvarna Fleet Services™ on computer/tablet, as well as total mower control and configuration via smartphone. Controls on the product, status LED indication, and START/STOP functionality.

Weather timer

Adapts working time to the growth rate of the lawn, reducing wear on both the lawn and the mower. During periods of rapid grass growth, Husqvarna Automower® maximizes mowing time. In sunny or dry weather, or towards the end of the season, it mows less often and for shorter periods.

AIM technology

Husqvarna’s AIM technology uses built-in GPS and sensors to create a virtual map of the installation area. In the Automower® Connect app, you can see the virtual map, boundary, and guide wires. With AIM technology, you can use the app to define work areas with customized settings for cutting height, mowing schedule, and temporary no-mow zones.

Electric height adjustment

Electric cutting height adjustment makes it convenient to set the desired height via the Husqvarna Automower® Connect app. The setting is also available in the mower’s main menu.

Ultrasonic sensor

Built-in ultrasonic sensors help the mower avoid obstacles by detecting them in time.

Unique cutting system

Husqvarna Automower® cuts a little but often, giving you a beautiful and healthy lawn. It is equipped with sharp, razor-like blades made of durable carbon steel. The blades are mounted on a sturdy blade disc. This results in both efficient operation and extremely low energy consumption.

GPS theft protection

Equipped with GPS theft protection that sends you notifications via smartphone, tablet, or computer. Provides extra security for your Automower installation and minimizes the risk of theft.

Weather-resistant design

Husqvarna’s robotic products are built with 30 years of experience in various harsh weather conditions found in the Nordic climate. With regular maintenance and cleaning, they are designed to operate around the clock throughout the grass season. The unique cutting system, with pivoting razor-like blades on a blade disc, ensures a good mowing result even in rainy conditions.

Safety sensors

When used correctly, Husqvarna Automower® is safe and reliable. It is equipped with several sensors, including an automatic and immediate shutdown of the mowing function if the unit tips over or is lifted from the ground. The product’s design ensures that the blades are positioned far from the outer edge of the machine body for enhanced safety. If the Automower® encounters any obstacles, it stops or changes direction, further ensuring overall mowing quality.

FOTA – Firmware Over-The-Air

FOTA – a technology that allows operators to upgrade firmware via the Fleet Services app. The download is done remotely without any physical intervention with the product, enabling new features and updates.
